This venue has a great location close to downtown and various attractions, offering pet-friendly rooms with amenities like 2 queen beds and a functional television.

The place was luxurious and fairly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our neat room with a single bed. - the location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walk from Immanuel Lutheran Church. - It was in a safe area.

The rooms were very satisfactory and the lady who ran the breakfast room was outstanding. She made sure every one got what they wanted and was verry efficient and polite to all guests.

We book four rooms for three different couples and when one couple had to cancel a room their computer system canceled other rooms and when one family arrived they did not have a room for the first night and had to go some where else and return for the second night. They apoligised but they need to fix their system.

The staff at this hotel was attentive and knowledgeable, doing a great job. The hotel's location was quiet and just a short walk to Bellevue, Nebraska, the metro area, and the zoo. It's also conveniently close to Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Remodeling. Paint smell through out the building. Wet paint everywhere. Ruined a jacket. Ants in the room. Overcharged. Booked on line. They could not find it. Charged me more than online booking.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and very nice. And it was a good location with lots of choices for dinner

The amenities (hottub and sauna) were under construction and the price of the room should have reflected that. I wish breakfast went till 10 instead of 9.
